Renault Twizy Electric Car Now Has Optional Extra Clip-on Windows

RENAULT has responded to one of the biggest criticisms of its quirky Twizy electric car – that it’s a bit too exposed for Britain’s weather – by offering owners a clever optional extra.

The two-seater, which was launched earlier this summer, can now be
ordered with clip-on windows and side panels which enclose the canopy and protect anyone inside from the elements, which can be installed in a few minutes with no tools needed.

The option costs £295, while the Twizy itself costs £6,690, with monthly battery hire starting from £45.
