ABT does makeover on Audi A1
Audi A1 Supermini gets a tweak
The world’s number one volkswagen tuning company German ABT Sportsline have been busy making custom engine remaps for the Audi A1 1.2 and 1.4 petrol engines to improve performance.
With their new maping they claim the power of the 1.2-litre TFSI petrol engine increases from 84bhp to 114bhp, with the larger 1.4-litre TFSI petrol engines rises from 121bhp to 148bhp.
The diesel 1.6 engine can also be remaped increasing the power to a maximum power of 121bhp. To help use the extra power, ABT can also fit a new sports exhaust, a lowered suspension system and offers the option of a full bodykit, which includes side skirts, splitters and wings.
ABT has also designed three colour-coded options for of the A1 called Splash red, Aloha white and High Voltage black together with a set of larger alloys. The ABT tuning products will be available from selected Audi dealers.
